Kodama TCG: AI in the daily operations of a retail chain

A chain of trading card and Japanese goods stores in Mexico City. In a few months it went from a basic web presence to AI-assisted operations, a rebuilt online store, measured campaigns and its own mobile app.

1

AI in daily operations

Publishing a product went from 15 minutes to 1: a photo becomes the full listing with copy, price, stock and sales channels. Official product copy is inserted verbatim by code, so the AI never invents product facts.

Handwritten restock lists are matched against a 3,100+ product catalog in about a minute, with stock transfers between stores recorded in an auditable ledger and automatic back-in-stock alerts to customers.

Two jobs the AI runs every day

Measured growth

Google Ads, Google Shopping and analytics wired straight into the store, so every campaign is tied to the sales it produced.

With search and paid campaigns working together, site visits grew 215% in one month.
